I have been in sales for roughly 6 years now and through various positions the tactics have been pushy into withhold things from a customer.

Starting training with Ryan was the complete opposite. It was about bracing being uncomfortable so that overtime you can become more comfortable and more confident in the process. It was embracing about being authentically you And learning that success will shortly follow when you do that. It was about breaking down past ideologies about what you thought SALES was an embracing what it has become!

Ryan Allen is honorable, ethical, and also incredibly joyful to be around. He handled the onboarding sales training for me, an 8 week intensive training period where he taught me the ins-and-outs of sales. He is hands-on, intentional, and always brings out the potential in his trainees.

Ryan is a tremendous leader who cares about teaching other salesmen (and women) everything they need to know to feel comfortable being on the phone whilst simultaneously teaching you the brand new knowledge about direct mail and marketing. But he doesn’t just teach about what you are selling but how to sell it. Whether you are fairly new to sales or have been in sales your whole life. It’s a learning environment where you get to be on the phone in training with REAL clients and Ryan will help effortlessly guide you in making your first ever (and even more) orders before you are put out on the floor. Things that come to mind when I think of Ryan is helpful, confident, smooth, happy and professional. I remember being in awe at that way he portrayed himself on the phone. I looked (and still do) up to him. He is a wonderful way to start on your journey at PostcardMania and we all love him dearly! Thank you Ryan for being the first person to teach me how to talk to all kinds of different people over the phones! Keep rocking it out
