I have been in sales and marketing for over 7 years. Before joining the sales and marketing profession, I was in retail sales management for a top grocery chain for 10 years. I had absolutely no formal sales experience or trainings; but personally enjoy the learning process and leading others to growth and success. After deciding to make a career change, I focused on perfecting my sales technique. Learning from and observing the TOP performers around me; I learned processes, mindsets and approaches that began propelling me forward. I began reading and listening to hundreds of sales books and podcasts, continuously growing and learning. Over the years I developed a sales process that works for me. Through my experiences I strive to understand each individuals personal and professional goals; paired with their strengths and weaknesses to help them achieve a more well rounded and successful career. I began to realize that most personal and professional development comes outside the hours of 9am to 6pm. Its the work you put in After Six that leads to your success between 9am to 6pm.
